Melamesa Internet Services Private Limited is headquartered in Hyderabad, India. Melamesa started in July 2007, as a professional development services provider in the emerging social media space. Within 6 months into our operations, we identified some lacunae and unique opportunities in this space and set about building the Corners Social Apps Engine (Releasing on 10th Nov. 2008).
Management Team
Melamesa is privately owned and managed by veterans of internet and digital media industry. Our founders bring over 30+ years of combined experience around consumer and internet software products and services. Our development team is distributed across the globe. We are proud to have an incredible, hardworking and highly motivated team. Our management board members are - Sanjeev Kumar, Raphy Fedida, and Venky Rao.
Sanjeev Kumar, Managing Director.
   
Sanjeev has more than 16 years of experience in building enterprise, ecommerce, and CRM solutions. In addition to running the show at Melamesa, Sanjeev also manages Invivo Software private limited; an offshore software development firm, which he co-founded 5 years ago. Prior to founding Invivo Software, Sanjeev held senior engineering management positions at Clarify CRM division of Amdocs, San Jose, USA.
 
Raphy Fedida, Creative Director.
   
Raphy is the creative czar and has over 10 years experience in creating winning designs for consumer internet services. Raphy managed the creative design and graphics for Corners. Currently Raphy is a design director at Otto Studios in addition to his partner/director role with Corners. Earlier Raphy served as a Design Director at Siegel+Gale, and was the art director at Yahoo Inc. Raphy was instrumental in launching several innovative design experiences at Yahoo which are currently used by millions of users.
 
 
Venky Rao, Advisory Board.
   
Venky Rao is a Senior Vice President and Head of Innovation and Leadership Enablement in the Real Time Leadership Center at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. At Satyam, Venky is responsible for the Innovation strategy, frameworks and enablement of Innovation Ecosystem. Venky also heads Business Validation and distributed business governance processes at Satyam. Prior to joining Satyam, Venky worked with Cisco Systems Inc. in conceptualizing and leading global teams for implementation of multiple e-business solutions for a decade and moved to India in 2004 as the head of Cisco’s IT Global Development Center during its initial stages. At Cisco, Venky was also a member of the IT Offshore Steering Council, IT-Business Operations Leadership Team and Cisco Collaboration Center of Excellence. Prior to Cisco, Venky worked as a research engineer and a consultant for different firms in USA and India. Venky is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur, India. Currently, Venky also serves as a member on the CII National Committee of IP Owners. Venky lives in Hyderabad, India along with his wife Archana, son Anirudh and daughter Maanasa.
